We reserve this time just for you
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24-hours notice, or failing to arrive to your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee.

Adjusting your appointment details
Should you decide to receive only part of your scheduled appointment, 24-hours notice is required. This allows me time to fill the rest of your appointment time with another guest.
Arriving late
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
