Policy talk isn't sexy, but I have to lay everything out ahead of time to ensure you'll have the best possible experience and have no surprises. I love my clients and my art, but to keep my doors open and meet everyone's needs, I have to enforce my policies. Thank you for understanding.

We reserve this time just for you

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24-hours notice, or failing to arrive to your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will need to be collected prior to booking another appointment with me. Clients who repeatedly cancel, show up late, or fail to come to their scheduled appointment, may be unable to schedule with me in the future.

Cancellation fees

Failure to arrive to appointment with no call: 100% of scheduled service amount.

Less than 3-hours notice: 100% of scheduled service amount.

Less than 24-hours but more than 3 hours notice: 50% of scheduled service amount.

Adjusting your appointment details

Should you decide to receive only part of your scheduled appointment, 24-hours notice is required. This allows me time to fill the rest of your appointment time with another guest. Failure to give notice of shortening your appointment details will result in you being responsible for paying for all of appointment  that was scheduled regardless of actual services received.

Arriving late

Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees will apply.

Product sales​

All product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
